These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the 12 bangla platform and its users. Every clause described on this page applies to all registered members. These terms may be updated at any time, and continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised terms. In this document, "Platform" refers to the 12 bangla website, mobile application and related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services. "Account" refers to each member's personal registered account through which they manage deposits, bets and withdrawals.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

1.2 Scope of Services

12 bangla reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any specific service at any time at its discretion. The platform will not be liable for any loss caused by a service being discontinued, though any confirmed balance will remain intact in the member's account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on 12 bangla. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. You may be asked to submit a national ID or birth certificate for age verification, and your account will be suspended if the proof is not satisfactory.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth and ID details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure, and any bonuses on that account will be considered void.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. In case of unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately. Allowing others to use your account or transferring your account to another person is not permitted.

Deposits on 12 bangla can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Currently supported banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

3.1 Deposit Process

Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to your account. Any incomplete transaction will be cancelled automatically and the amount will be returned. For any deposit-related issues, please contact support.

3.2 Third-Party Payments

Depositing using another person's mobile banking or bank account is not permitted. The source of the deposit must be an account registered in your own name.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method and the name registered on the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

For security purposes, OTP verification or other identity confirmation steps may be applied to withdrawal requests. Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests will be put on hold until they are reviewed.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Detailed rules on wagering are described in the following section.

12 bangla offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. Claiming this bonus means you agree to wager the bonus amount 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.1 Bonus Calculation

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, a 120% bonus of ৳1,200 will be added, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 Bonus Disqualification

A bonus may be cancelled in the following cases:

• If the account was created using false information
• If a bonus is claimed from more than one account
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found

5.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is provided under the 12 bangla VIP program. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.4% at Bronze level, 0.8% at Silver level, 1.1% at Gold level and 1.5% at Platinum level. Cashback applies to the total net loss for the week. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to sufficient balance in the account. 12 bangla reserves the right to cancel bets that were automatically accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error. In such cases, the full bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Void

A bet may be voided in the following situations:

• If the match or event is cancelled
• If the game is stopped mid-way due to a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances
• If official data needed to determine the result is unavailable
• If an incorrect market is created due to a technical error

6.3 Fraud and Manipulation Prohibited

Any form of fraud, use of bots, coordination across multiple accounts or attempts to gain an advantage through manipulation are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

For live casino, slots and table games, the rules set by the game provider apply. If a session is interrupted due to a technical problem in a game, the result will be determined according to the game provider's own policy.

9.1 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach of terms, the regular balance will be returned after verification. For balances related to bonuses, the status of wagering requirement completion will be taken into account.

The platform is also not liable for betting losses resulting from problems with the member's own device or network.

10.1 Third-Party Services

In the event of a failure by a payment gateway, game provider or other third-party service, that party's own policy will apply. In such cases, 12 bangla will attempt to mediate, but cannot take full responsibility.
